  • The return complies with the return conditions.
  • You must report the return within 14 days of receipt.
  • The products are unworn and in original condition.
  • Want to exchange? The new product will be put aside for you immediately after registration!

    Roadmap

    1. Report your return within 14 days of receipt
    2. Once your return has been registered, you have up to 14 days to send it back to Frickin.
    3. When returning items, always fill in and attach the return form. You will receive the return form by e-mail immediately after registration. Have you received this not If you do not receive a copy of your order within 24 hours, please send an e-mail to [email protected]
    4. Your return must be properly packed! Is the Frickin shipping bag still in good condition? Good, because it has a double adhesive strip so that you can easily return the goods.
    5. Return costs are to be borne by the customer. Please make sure that your return shipment is sufficiently stamped. We do not accept cash on delivery or unstamped shipments.
    6. The purchase amount will be refunded to the payment account used to make the purchase within 14 working days of receipt of your return.

    Remark:

    If you wish to exchange the product, a new product will be set aside for you immediately upon notification and if in stock. As soon as we receive your return in good condition, we will send you the new product. This way you are always assured of your product!

    Return conditions

    1. Your return is registered within 14 days of receipt.
    2. Once your return has been registered, you have up to 14 days to send it back to Frickin.
    3. Items purchased in a physical shop cannot be returned through our webshop, for this you need to contact the shop where you made the purchase.
    4. The liability and costs for returns are to be borne by the customer. Please ensure that your return shipment is sufficiently stamped. We will not accept cash on delivery or unstamped shipments. 
    5. When returning or exchanging items, the return form must always be fully completed and added to the return shipment. You will receive the return form by e-mail immediately after registration. However, if you have not received it after 24 hours, please contact [email protected] directly.
    6. Your return must always be well packed, to prevent transport damage. If a product (packaging) is damaged during return shipment due to poor packaging, the amount of the credit will be agreed upon after telephone contact. 
    7. You may try on the gloves, but not wear them. All original hangtags and labels must not be removed from the gloves. If this is discovered, we may refuse the return or a charge will be made for the reduction in value.
    8. Products that are returned must undamaged and complete with packing to be delivered. Possible damages and/or traces of use may be a reason for Frickin to refuse the return.
    9. Did you receive the items damaged? Please report this within 48 hours of receipt via [email protected] Otherwise we cannot fully refund returned gloves that are damaged!
    10. The purchase amount will be refunded to the payment account used to make the purchase within 14 working days of receipt of your return.
