  • The return complies with the return conditions.
  • Return within 14 days of receipt.
  • Products are unworn and in original condition with labels.
  • Want to exchange? The new product will be put aside for you immediately after registration!
Returns

Return conditions

  1. The return period is 14 days from receipt. Returns received after this period can and will not be processed.
  2. Items purchased in a physical shop cannot be returned through our webshop, for this you need to contact the shop where you made the purchase.
  3. Liability and return costs are to be borne by the customert. Please therefore ensure that your return is sufficiently stamped with track and trace code. Cash on delivery or unstamped shipments will be refused by us. 
  4. Your return must be packaged properly, to prevent transport damage. If a product (packaging) is damaged to such an extent upon return due to poor packaging, costs will be charged for the depreciation.
  5. You may try on the gloves, but not wear them. All original hangtags and labels may not be removed of the gloves. If found, we may refuse the return or a charge will be made for the depreciation.
  6. Products that are returned must undamaged, complete with packing and original hangtags and labels to be delivered. Possible damages and/or traces of use may be a reason for Frickin to refuse the return.
  7. Do you have the items received damaged, please report this within 48 hours after receipt via [email protected]. Returned gloves that are damaged cannot be processed by us otherwise!
  8. Business purchases have no right of withdrawal/refusalijd.
  9. Have you returned the gloves but they do not meet our return conditions. Then the cost of reshipping to your address will be at your own expense. 
  10. The purchase price will be refunded within 14 working days after receipt of your return to the payment account used to make the purchase.

     

    Terms and conditions for returns

    If you have ordered a promotional item in combination with another discount or received it as a free item with a product, the promotion expires when returning (one of) the products. In that case:

    • Will be charged the normal selling price of the item held.
    • The amount you will receive back for the returned items will be adjusted according to the changed conditions of the promotion.

    This condition only applies to promotions where discounts or free items are linked to a specific combination of products.
