Return or exchange checklist:
- The return complies with the return conditions.
- Report the return online via our portal.
- Return within 14 days of receipt.
- Want to exchange? The new product will be put aside for you immediately after registration!
Return conditions
- The return period is 14 days from receipt. Returns received after this period can and will not be processed.
- Items purchased in a physical shop cannot be returned through our webshop, for this you need to contact the shop where you made the purchase.
- Liability and return costs are to be borne by the customert. Please therefore ensure that your return is sufficiently stamped with track and trace code. Cash on delivery or unstamped shipments will be refused by us.
- Your return must be well-packaged to avoid shipping damage. If a product (packaging) is damaged upon return due to poor packaging, you will be charged for the depreciation.
- Products should be returned complete, in original condition and preferably with original packaging and labels. Damaged or incomplete products may result in a reduction of the refund. Note:Returns are not automatically refused due to damage, but depreciation is applied based on the condition of the product.Damages that are present upon receipt must be claimed within 48 hours report after delivery via [email protected].

- Have you returned the products but they do not meet our return conditions. Then the cost of resending to your address will be at your own expense.
- The purchase price will be refunded within 14 working days after receipt of your return to the payment account used to make the purchase.
Terms and conditions for returns
If you have ordered a promotional item in combination with another discount or received it as a free item with a product, the promotion expires when returning (one of) the products. In that case:
- Will be charged the normal selling price of the item held.
- The amount you will receive back for the returned items will be adjusted according to the changed conditions of the promotion.
This condition only applies to promotions where discounts or free items are linked to a specific combination of products.
