When buying your woolen and/or leather gloves for men and women, it is important that the size of your gloves matches the size of your hand as closely as possible. Read more about the right glove size here!

In many cases, the hand circumference almost corresponds to a person's shoe size. Although we strongly recommend measuring the hand circumference with a tape measure, this is a very good alternative. To find the right sized gloves, read off the shoe size in the gloves size chart below.

Most ladies have a hand circumference of 18 to 21 cm. Sizes 7 to 8 are therefore the most common for women.

Gloves
Do you want the gloves as a gift give? But you don't know the right size of the recipient? Ask for his or her shoe size and find the right glove size in our size chart. Then, during the checkout process, you can choose an alternative delivery address and the option to have the gloves wrapped. That way, the recipient will be completely surprised with his or her new pair of gloves. The good thing is, nobody needs to be at home for the delivery, because our shipments fit easily through the mailbox.

Not all gloves are touchscreen compatible. Which gloves are? The description of your desired pair of gloves will indicate whether they are touchscreen compatible.
We advise you never to pull the gloves by the trim over your hand. This can cause the leather or fabric around it to tear. Therefore, slide the glove down over the fingers.
Real leather should not stay wet or damp for too long. We therefore recommend that you let the gloves dry at room temperature after they have been in contact with water. Did they get wet? Place them not in the dryer or over a heater. But wipe them dry as best you can and let them dry out slowly. You can also clean the gloves once every two months. Wash the gloves not in the washing machine or in soapy water. Dampen a cloth with a little water and dab the gloves clean. Then let the gloves dry gently, not above the heater or in the sun.

We deliver orders daily on working days and at weekends on Saturdays and Sundays respectively. In most cases Frickin works together with DHL & PostNL to get your order to you as soon as possible. For international shipments you can choose another courier service like DHL, DPD, GLS.
Remark: Please note that as an online shop, we are dependent on the relevant courier services and their pressures around the holidays, so deliveries may unfortunately take a little longer. However, we guarantee that orders that are placed and paid in time, will be delivered immediately!
At Frickin all orders are shipped with Track & Trace as standard, so you can always follow the products during the shipment and know exactly when they will be delivered. You don't have to stay at home though, because all our orders fit through the letterbox.
Remark: This applies to all homes with a letterbox, which can accommodate a package the size of 350 X 200 X 32mm.
Because the ordered products (in the case of 1 pair) fits through the mailbox*, it will be sent as a letterbox package and you do not necessarily need to be at home on the day of delivery. When you place an order consisting of more than 1 article, the order will be sent as a package and will be delivered at your doorstep. This requires someone to be at home.
Remark: This applies to all homes with a letterbox, which can accommodate a package the size of 350 X 200 X 32mm.

Haven't you received your order yet? Very annoying, but unfortunately delivery times can vary due to the busyness of the courier services. Especially around the busy periods of Black Friday and Christmas. Unfortunately this is beyond our control, we ask for your understanding.

Payment
Paying for your purchases at Frickin can be done in various ways. Among others, we offer iDEAL, PayPal, Back Payment via Klarna, Bancontact (Mister Cash), GiroPay, FashionCheque, Credit card, Visa, Mastercard or American Express, Klarna or via Apple pay to.
At checkout, there is the following text at the top of the page: "Do you have a coupon? Click here to fill in your code" Click here and fill in your discount code and press enter. The discount is then automatically calculated.
All transactions done online through our webshop are secure and SSL encrypted. In short, your bank details will never be stored, saved or given to third parties by us.

Exchange / return
Yes, you can easily register your order and exchange it for a larger or smaller size. Submit return order here,
Remark: If you wish to exchange the product, a new product will be set aside for you immediately upon notification and if in stock. As soon as we receive your return in good condition, we will send you the new product. This way you are always assured of your product!
The cooling-off period for all purchases from Frickin is 14 days. Calculated from the day you received the gloves. After the return notification you have 14 days to return the gloves to us.
The liability and costs for returns are to be borne by the customer. Please ensure that your return shipment is sufficiently stamped. We will not accept cash on delivery or unstamped shipments.
Return conditions
- Your return is registered within 14 days of receipt.
- Once your return has been registered, you have up to 14 days to send it back to Frickin.
- Items purchased in a physical shop cannot be returned through our webshop, for this you need to contact the shop where you made the purchase.
- The liability and costs for returns are to be borne by the customer. Please ensure that your return shipment is sufficiently stamped. We will not accept cash on delivery or unstamped shipments.
- When returning or exchanging items, the return form must always be fully completed and added to the return shipment. You will receive the return form by e-mail immediately after registration. However, if you have not received it after 24 hours, please contact [email protected] directly.
- Your return must always be well packed, to prevent transport damage. If a product (packaging) is damaged during return shipment due to poor packaging, the amount of the credit will be agreed upon after telephone contact.
- You may try on the gloves, but not wear them. All original hangtags and labels must not be removed from the gloves. If found, we may refuse the return or charges will be made for depreciation.
- Products that are returned must undamaged and complete with packing to be delivered. Possible damages and/or traces of use may be a reason for Frickin to refuse the return.
- Did you receive the items damaged? Please report this within 48 hours of receipt via [email protected] Otherwise we cannot fully refund returned gloves that are damaged!
- The purchase amount will be refunded to the payment account used to make the purchase within 14 working days of receipt of your return.
As soon as we have received the return shipment in good condition, the return amount will be refunded immediately via the same payment method you used to place the order. Depending on the payment method this can take up to 14 working days.
